At Boatmaris, we aim to support constructive communication between boat owners and renters in case of any disputes. If a disagreement arises regarding reservation, cancellation, usage terms, or service processes, we recommend that parties first try to resolve the issue through mutual communication.
The Boatmaris support team can evaluate user requests via contact forms, email, and platform communication channels, assisting in the exchange of information between parties. When necessary, existing system records such as reservation logs, payment details, or technical information may be reviewed.
The Boatmaris platform facilitates dialogue between users with a support service accessible 7 days a week through communication channels like email, contact forms, and chatbot.
However, Boatmaris does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, or judicial authority in disputes between users. The platform provides support solely to protect user experience and ensure enforcement of platform rules.
Boatmaris reserves the right to remove listings, delete content, review reservations, or temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts if it detects violations of terms of use, misleading information, misuse, or security risks.
In the review and rating system, user comments containing insults, discrimination, threats, misleading content, or illegal expressions may be removed by Boatmaris. User accounts may be restricted if deemed necessary.
If an amicable solution cannot be reached between parties, users may pursue legal remedies including mediation, consumer arbitration boards, or competent courts under applicable legislation.
